陪老婆一起去做產檢，我們在樓道里面排隊的時候，聽到醫生在給一個剛生完孩子 的媽媽說一些關于產後掉髮的事，老婆也聽到了，回來之後就不開心了，我想老婆一定是聽到了醫生說幾乎每個生完孩子的媽媽都會有產後掉髮的而且也是正常的。可是我不知道老婆是怎麼想的，因為我知道老婆特別珍愛自己的頭發，平時的時候特別愛護頭發，都不舍得剪，當然老婆的頭發也很漂亮，老婆可能擔心自己生完孩子有產後掉髮而不開心。

媽媽現在不上班了，一天也沒閑下來，每天都給她自己安排許多戶外活動，導致現在家里的飯有時候都是要我自己做，唉，這幾天又跟著樓下的大娘們跳起了廣場舞，時間一到就急忙的下去了，就像小學生上課一樣準時，我看了真覺得像個孩子一樣，挺好的，這幾天又讓我給她聯繫什麽旅遊團，說是她和樓下的幾個阿姨打算趁著天氣好也去旅遊旅遊，我就在網上查了查發現長灘島自由行還不錯，打電話咨詢了下感覺價格方面也挺好，他家也專門設有老人團，挺好的，就決定報在這家長灘島自由行的旅遊團了。

我有好幾個同學都跟我一樣，由於生完小孩，再加上給孩子餵奶，導致身體嚴重變形。生小孩之前還不到一百斤，可是現在孩子都兩歲了，體重還在一百二十斤，始終減不下來。於是我們幾個就想去美容院減肥，聽說現在好多人都採用中醫減肥。我們幾個去家附近的美容機構，也就是說減肥中心咨詢，有個資深的美容師也給我們推薦中醫減肥，她說像我們這種屬於產後體形大變，其實減肥是相當容易的。於是我們幾個都繳納了一個療程的費用，每個周末早上都去做相應的治療。

大學同學是學旅遊專業的，她的英語也非常的好，當時就報考了英語導遊，現在在一家很不錯的旅行社工作，經常可以到全世界各地去，我們真是羡慕她啊。通過她我還知道了一個很不錯的地方，名字叫帛琉，風景真的是很美啊，雖然不是很出名，但真的而是值得一去的地方。我下個月就準備去帛琉旅遊了，真是好激動啊，以前還麼有出過國，第一次去就去這麼美的地方，真是太幸運了。現在我就開始期待帛琉旅遊了，應該會是很不錯的旅行的，還有朋友想去帛琉旅遊嗎，我們可以做個伴。

好朋友自己生完寶寶后，因為她一直是在給孩子喂母乳，現在她的胸部已經下垂了好多，她現在就一直在為這個事情煩惱呢，有一天她打電話給我說她想去做隆乳，說她現在這個樣子她都找不到一點自信，她說她在網上查了一下，像她這種情況的人有好多，基本上都做了隆乳了，她就查了好多做隆乳這方面的醫療機構，在裏面挑了一家評價比較好的一個醫療機構，說是她已經預約好時間了，想到時候讓我陪她一起去，我說好的，到那天了打電話聯繫

中午和同事在一塊閑聊的時候，同事小美告訴最近特別流行埋線減重，說現在好多年輕的女孩子都在用這個方法，說她最近也在用埋線減重，覺得效果還不錯，也讓有時間去試一下，我這個人一直對減肥方法不感興趣，更別說去試什麽減肥方法了，可就在最近一次和朋友的聚會上面，朋友說我長胖了，自己才開始注意一些減肥方法了，現在聽同事說埋線減重，聽起來好像不錯的樣子，晚上回到家里再查一下關於埋線減重的資料吧。

我們公司是做調研的，這個月的調研話題主要就是圍繞著旅遊團做，我訪問了很多人，他們大多都說現在的旅遊團都太黑，里面存在的附帶消費太多，而且給旅客提供的條件也不好，光報團費就好多，去旅遊景點里面的門票費還是自己掏，光內地的一次旅遊下來就得花個六七千左右，很不劃算，不過也有好的，其中有一個女士就給我們推薦了一個旅遊團名叫關島旅遊，說關島旅遊是一家時間比較久的旅遊團了，她每次外出旅遊都報的這家旅遊團，很划算，在這里也向大家推薦推薦。
