我現在的體重真是有些超標啊，所以我最近就在找這個減肥方法，最后我發現了這個中醫減肥。我覺得這個減肥方法看來還是很有效果的，因為我對中醫是比較信任的所以我想我要是做了這個中醫減肥的話應該是很不錯的！我身邊的朋友知道了這個中醫減肥以后也是給我說她也要去做這個中醫減肥的。我想我們兩個人做的話也是有一個對比的！我真是不想成為現在的樣子啊，要是我通過這個中醫減肥瘦下來的話我真是會很開心的，我現在真是很難想象到我瘦下來的樣子呢。
