ClientWise now includes built-in AI marketing tools so advisors and teams can grow and nurture leads without leaving the platform. The suite covers lead capture, scoring, email campaigns, and analytics—all integrated with the same client and contact data that powers the rest of ClientWise.
Lead management: Incoming leads from the website, events, or imports are automatically captured and enriched. AI lead scoring uses engagement signals (opens, clicks, form submissions, meeting bookings) and firm-defined rules to rank prospects. Teams see a prioritized pipeline and can assign follow-up by role or round-robin. Lead stages and activities are logged for compliance and reporting.
Email and campaigns: Campaigns are run from templates with personalization (merge fields, conditional blocks). AI assists with subject lines and send-time suggestions to improve open and click rates. Sequences support multi-step drips (welcome, nurture, re-engagement) with branching based on behavior. Deliverability is monitored and lists are kept clean with bounce and unsubscribe handling.
Segmentation and analytics: Audiences are built from segments (demographics, behavior, lifecycle stage, custom fields). Campaign performance is tracked per segment so teams can double down on what works. Dashboards show key metrics—opens, clicks, conversions, pipeline influenced—and can be filtered by campaign, segment, or time period.
